The Elba Career Academy is excited to announce that three students have successfully completed their Carpentry Helper course through Skills for Success!
Through this accomplishment, our students earned their College Readiness Indicator (CRI) - an important requirement for graduation. Even more importantly, they gained hands-on experience and learned the value of Career Tech pathways, strong work ethic, and the importance of finishing what you start.
We are incredibly proud of these students and their dedication to building a successful future!

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Elba Fire Department and the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department, along with Keelie Moseley and Emmy Eldridge from the Elba High School Varsity Cheerleaders, for helping make this morning so special for our elementary students. Seeing Santa, the Grinch, and their helpers welcoming students to school brought lots of smiles and excitement. A special thank you to Ms. Alayna Cook for organizing and coordinating this wonderful event. SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
Taco Time in Ms. Yoli’s Family and Consumer Science (FACS) class was a huge success!

Students put their culinary skills to the test as they chopped, seasoned, and served up some delicious tacos. Along the way, they practiced teamwork, time management, and the art of cooking with confidence.

The classroom smelled amazing, the tacos looked incredible, and the smiles said it all. Great job, Family and Consumer Science students!
